This recipe from Vegetarian Times was quite delicious. I’ve had pretty good experiences with Vegetarian Times. However, my mom mentioned last weekend that she has not, specifically with a time-consuming soup that turned out to be flavorless. There is not much worse than that. This sandwich does not have that problem, between the easy Pâté, arugula and pears, it is packed full of flavor. I used ciabatta rolls, but I’m not sure I would recommend that; it was a little on the tough side. Stick with the recipe.
