I bought some black raspberries at the farmers market last weekend. I was just eating them out of the bag until I almost ate a bug. After numerous tries, I finally got the bug to crawl onto a spoon and I relocated her outside. As I was flipping through Vegan Scoop, I saw a recipe for black raspberry ice cream and decided that that’s how I should use the rest of the raspberries. I am not sure why I decided this, because I am not a big fan on fruit flavored ice cream. I always avoided the strawberry ice cream whenever anyone brought out a container of neapolitan.
It is as good as fruit ice cream can taste.
