I tried my first recipe from The Ultimate Uncheese Cookbook: spinach mushroom quiche. I am unimpressed. It tasted okay, but did not look very appetizing.
This recipe calls for too much liquid and nothing to help hold the filling together. I’ll try another recipe or two. Hopefully, this was just a fluke.
In better news, Vegan Brunch’s easy pie crust and my new pie pan are awesome!
