Red Wine & Kalamata Tempeh

Another great recipe from Appetite for Reduction. There needs to be a bad recipe just so I have something to write about.

 

I steamed the tempeh and made the marinade this morning so it could sit in the fridge all day.  When I got home, it took about 20 minutes to cook the tempeh and make some quinoa.  Easy Peasy and delicious.
