I made my first recipe from AFR tonight and it was very tasty. I made Quinoa Salad with Black Beans and Toasted Cumin Seeds. It was easy to make and flavorful (although I went a little heavy on the lime juice). It has 230 calories per serving. H was impressed with the shape.
